What is an EPC?
Who needs one?
EPCs are vital in the objective of increasing the energy efficiency of the UK's housing stock. They are also required by law when selling or renting a property. EPCs provide and overview of how energy efficient a property is. View our tips section to see how you can improve the EPC rating of your current home before we visit.

A Retrofit Survey is suitable for a more in depth analysis on improving an EPC rating. Some households may be eligible for government funded grants to install energy saving measures.
​
An EPC, or Energy Performance Certificate, is rated from 0-100 and gives you a score from
A-G. We use an industry specified set of criteria to calculate the energy efficiency of your property. All EPCs must be completed by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
​
On-Construction EPCs utilise a higher level of data including U-Values to ensure new building are compliant with the current regulations. These should be completed before building works commence.
Floor Plans & Other Services
We see floor plans as equally important to photographs in providing your clients with an accurate vision of the property. Plans are created using laser technology and are drawn up in house
Do you already have a floor plan but it needs updating? We can re-draw plans from existing drawings with sufficient details. This can be particularly useful for properties with approved planning applications.

Property descriptions can be written up in your style of prose, ranging from simple, all-encompassing paragraphs to detailed room-by-room particulars.
